Responsibilities
- Plan, strategise and manage SEO campaigns for internal and external clients
- Identify on-page and technical issues to fix with the help of SEO tools
- Identify off-page opportunities with the help of SEO tools
- Propose and execute outreach campaigns for backlink building
- Manage and optimise Google My Business profiles for local SEO
- Work with the content team on a strategy to fulfil both SEO requirements and branding directions
- Monitoring search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape
- Developing and integrating content marketing strategies
- Monitor keyword rankings of campaigns and how they impact organic search traffic
- Propose action steps to improve keyword rankings, organic search traffic
- Assist in identifying conversion rate optimisation (CRO) action steps
- Manage all other SEO-related matters as tasked by the SEO Manager and Digital Marketing Head
Skills
- Familiar with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog for on-page, off-page and technical SEO
- Proficient with Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Analytics
- In-depth knowledge of website analytics tools to create reports and dashboards to zoom in on key metrics
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Familiarity with WordPress, Hubspot and/or other content management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over email
- Strong command of English
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
