Responsibilities
- Plan, strategise and manage paid ads campaigns for internal and external clients
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Work with web developers to implement tracking for all paid ads campaigns
- Propose action steps to improve campaign performance
- Assist in identifying conversion rate optimisation (CRO) action steps
- Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
- Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
- Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
- Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
- Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
- Manage all other paid ads-related matters as tasked by the Digital Marketing Head
- Meet various marketing objectives and KPIs as set by the management
Google Ads
- Plan, set up and optimise Display campaigns
- Plan, set up and optimise Video campaigns
- Plan, set up and optimise Shopping campaigns
- Monitor the performance of all campaigns and propose optimisation steps using a data-driven mindset
Skills Required
- Proven experience with Google Ads
- Familiar with Google Ads Editor for quicker management of campaigns when bulk edits are required
- Familiar with competitor spying tools such as Ahrefs and SEMRush
- Google Skillshop certifications (at least Search and Shopping, bonus for other certifications such as Display, Video and Analytics as well)
- Familiar with setting up Google Merchant Centre accounts, monitoring of product catalogues and flagging out to the eCommerce team if there are any errors/issues
