Paid Ads Performance Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Plan, strategise and manage paid ads campaigns for internal and external clients
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Work with web developers to implement tracking for all paid ads campaigns
  • Propose action steps to improve campaign performance
  • Assist in identifying conversion rate optimisation (CRO) action steps
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
  • Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
  • Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
  • Manage all other paid ads-related matters as tasked by the Digital Marketing Head
  • Meet various marketing objectives and KPIs as set by the management
 
Google Ads
  • Plan, set up and optimise Display campaigns
  • Plan, set up and optimise Video campaigns
  • Plan, set up and optimise Shopping campaigns
  • Monitor the performance of all campaigns and propose optimisation steps using a data-driven mindset
 
Skills Required
  • Proven experience with Google Ads
  • Familiar with Google Ads Editor for quicker management of campaigns when bulk edits are required
  • Familiar with competitor spying tools such as Ahrefs and SEMRush
  • Google Skillshop certifications (at least Search and Shopping, bonus for other certifications such as Display, Video and Analytics as well)
  • Familiar with setting up Google Merchant Centre accounts, monitoring of product catalogues and flagging out to the eCommerce team if there are any errors/issues
